Building Your Communication Toolkit

Course Description

This course will move you from your good intentions of changing your behavioral presentation of your professional self, to actually doing it. This 5-day remote seminar (within the EST time zone) will be an engaging, tools-based, activity-based class dynamic to put a series of new communication tools solidly in your toolbelt. Action based homework will inspire integration of the tools into your vocabulary creating new communication habits. This course will run five Monday's in a row with behavioral (as in not written) homework between each session.
