Course Description

Credits: Managing Conversations When You Think Faster Than You Speak is approved by PMI for 7 PDUs, ICF for 7 CCEs, SHRM for 7 PDCs, and HRCI for 7 credit hours. Type: One full day on February 3, 2026 Judgment is automatic, fast, and often invisible—until it damages trust, shuts down conversation, or escalates conflict. This hands-on workshop helps you recognize the cognitive patterns behind judgment and gives you practical tools to shift into curiosity, clarity, and grounded communication. Through interactive exercises using the Inner Voice framework, the JJJ Tool, and the Wheel of Emotions, participants uncover how judgment forms, what fuels it, and how to interrupt it before it harms relationships or decision-making. Expect a full day of practice, reflection, and real-world application that leaves you more centered, more objective, and far more effective in conversations that matter. Your cohort will be using an integrated cohort model. HR, project managers, and coaches frequently work with—and rely on—each other in real organizational settings. For this reason, attendees from all three certification bodies participate together. This structure provides richer dialogue, exposes you to multiple approaches to problem-solving, and builds communication skills that transfer directly into cross-functional work.
