Leading Beyond the Gantt
January-February 2026: Five Days: Every Thursday for Five Consecutive Weeks
Available Spots
Course Description
Credits: Leading Beyond the Gantt is approved by PMI and is eligible for 36.5 PDU's. Type: One eight-hour day each week on Thursdays for five weeks in a row: January 15-February 12, 2026. You already know the process. You’ve led complex projects, managed competing priorities, and kept the schedule moving. Yet some projects stall—not because of your plan, but because people aren't machines. Stress runs high, communication becomes fraught, and even experienced leaders struggle to get everyone aligned. This immersive five-day, one week, course gives project leaders real, actionable tools to move teams forward when communication falters. You’ll learn how to identify what’s really driving tension, defuse stress before it spreads, and move team dialogue from defensive to productive. Through 30 field-tested tools and visual techniques—like The Condo and Over the Shoulder—you’ll expand your ability to influence, coach, and collaborate with confidence. Even when others can’t. Expect less theory and more doing. You’ll walk away able to see it, name it, and pull out the appropriate tool to respond, leading to greater composure, and the skill to turn even difficult interactions into forward progress. Your cohort will be using an integrated cohort model. HR, project managers, and coaches frequently work with—and rely on—each other in real organizational settings. For this reason, attendees from all three certification bodies participate together. This structure provides richer dialogue, exposes you to multiple approaches to problem-solving, and builds communication skills that transfer directly into cross-functional work.
