Course Description

Credits: Leading Beyond the Gantt is approved by PMI and is eligible for 36.5 PDU's. Type: One eight-hour day each week on Thursdays for five weeks in a row: January 15-February 12, 2026. You already know the process. You’ve led complex projects, managed competing priorities, and kept the schedule moving. Yet some projects stall—not because of your plan, but because of the people. This immersive five-day, once a week for five consecutive weeks, course gives project leaders real, actionable tools to move teams forward when communication falters. You’ll learn how to identify what’s really driving tension, defuse stress before it spreads, and shift team dialogue from defensive to productive. Through 30 field-tested tools and visual techniques, you’ll expand your ability to influence, coach, and collaborate with confidence—especially when others can’t. Expect less theory and more doing.
