July 2023: Action Learning
In this interactive session, Rona started by sharing information about Action Leaning - - what it is and how it can be used in organizations to help solve problems and increase individual leadership. Then she moved into the actual script an Action Learning coach would follow to facilitate a session. Finally, if time permits, we can watch the beginning of an Action Learning session.
